Xulphlux (pronounced 'zool-flucks'). What does it mean you ask? Nothing. It is my brain fart.

Xulphlux started off as a weblog (called a blog nowdays) for myself back in the day. It has been through a couple different incarnations running various PHP scripts as I sought something I liked.

It then became a test bed for me to practice my skills with PHP and MySQL as I attempted to create a script with the features I wanted, which turned into .xul.log. v1.0.

It has now been rewritten (as of Oct '06) and I added a template system to seperate the logic from the design portions for easier modifications, and .xul.log. is now at v2.0. It also has cleaner more logical code since I have learned and improved my skills since I started v1.0.

I am Valt. Usually I am James. To a select few I am Jamie. To one I am Uncle Jamie. To myself I am me.

Professionally I work for an IT consulting company during the day to pay the bills and pass the time. I have a background in computers, having spent way too much time on the damn things. My interests and hobbies are diverse, but to list a few:
